#    NUMBER_1RVZ: the residue number in the 1RVZ PDB structure, chain A (HA1)
#    RENUMBERED_MUTATION - the mutation labeled in a renumbered sequential scheme in which
#      the first residue (Met) is numbered 0, the second residue is 1, and so on up to
#      the final Ile being numbered 364.
